SBA disaster loans can be used to repair or replace various items damaged or destroyed in a declared disaster: building, house, machinery, equipment, inventory, etc. SBA disaster loans offer an affordable way for individuals and businesses to recover from declared disasters. We CMCD saw several businesses receiving SBA loans and going through the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Types of SBA disaster loans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/disasterloan.sba.gov\/ela\/Information\/EIDLLoans\"><em>Economic Injury Disaster Loans<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;<br><br><\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If your business suffered economic injury regardless of physical damage, you may qualify for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). Businesses can borrow up to <strong>$2 million<\/strong> with max term 30 years and max interest rate 4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/disasterloan.sba.gov\/ela\/Information\/HomePersonalPropertyLoans\"><em>Home and Personal Property Loans<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;<br><br><\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are in a declared disaster area and are the victim of a disaster, you may be eligible for financial assistance from the SBA, even if you do not own a business.
