Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports, and other financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collects and analyzes financial data, ensuring that all reporting is in compliance with GAAP reporting guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles and analyzes financial information. Develops integrated revenue\/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Handle financial data and reports for the company&#8217;s automated financial systems.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits, if required<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in accountant with 4 + years of experiences<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact on the financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in GAAP reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Oil and Gas Accounting, preferred Joint Venture Accountant<\/li>\n<li>Require willingness to work a flexible schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual (English and Chinese)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Please email or fax resume to <a href=\"mailto:marychiang@cmcdllc.com\">email@cmcdllc.com<\/a> or (f) 713-771-0932<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs routine accounting activities, compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
