In 1986 Mary Chiang, CPA started her CPA firm in Houston, Texas. In response to rapid growth, in 2007 the firm incorporated a new tax member, forming CMCD LLC to better serve its continually expanding client-base and services. CMCD LLC was established as a continuing entity of the Mary Chiang CPA firm. CMCD LLC provides audit, tax, accounting, global business services and wealth management to domestic entities, international companies, and high net-worth individuals.
Our staff members are graduates from accredited universities with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degrees in Accounting, Taxation, and related professional disciplines such as CPA, CFP, and enrolled agent. They have obtained solid, up-to-date knowledge of diverse fields such as accounting, auditing, tax laws, wealth management, business management, and IT.
Additionally, our staff members thoroughly understand relevant international cultures and business practices. Our professional staff can communicate with clients in multiple languages and dialects, including Cantonese, Chinese, English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Taiwanese and Vietnamese.
