RIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
- Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, P.C inventory and office keys. Apply to pay the office rent and phone bill.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Maintain President’s calendar. Prepare and maintain President’s expense report.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Provide office orientation for new employees.
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
- Setup staff’s travel arrangements.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Experiences in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm.
- High school graduate or Associate Degree with 3 + years of experiences
- Billingual (English and Chinese)
