PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and administrative office works
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Maintain Partners’ calendar. Prepare and maintain Partners’ expense report.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Provide office orientation for new employees.
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
- Assist in bookkeeping and financial services work as assigned
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Experiences in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to type 50wpm.
- US High school graduate or Associate Degree with 3 + years of experiences
- Billingual (English and Chinese)
