PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and administrative office works
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
  • Maintain Partners’ calendar. Prepare and maintain Partners’ expense report.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  • Provide office orientation for new employees.
  • Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and financial services work as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experiences in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to type 50wpm.
  • US High school graduate or Associate Degree with 3 + years of experiences
  • Billingual (English and Chinese)
